Pros
- Not too oily yet emolient enough to remove the makeup gently.
- Cleans quickly and effectively, I just needed to soak the cotton on the makeup for about 1-2 seconds and then gently wipe off to remove all the makeup.
- Does not sting the eyes.
- Pleasant scent.
- Nice packaging.
- Affordable drug-store price.
Cons
- None that I can see or experience.
Biore Hydra-Clear Makeup Remover

REVIEW
Pros
- Very gentle.
- Feels smooth but is not greasy, rinses clean.
- Effective in cleaning off stubborn makeup, even very long-lasting eyeliner. In fact, I'd say it is as good as the high-end emulsifying makeup removers.
- Moisturising. You can see that my skin was very dry but after rinsing off the makeup remover, my skin is soft and moisturised.
- Does not sting eyes, nor cause any sensitive reactions.
- Pleasant scent.
- Nice packaging.
- Affordable drug-store price.
- None that I can see or experience.

I love this range of products! It's so affordable yet effective. Once I finish my current stash of makeup removers, I intend to purchase these makeup removers from Biore for my daily use.
